Two of the Best Hamburger Recipes Ever

Hamburgers have been one of the most important aspects of American food culture.  However, time and again, people have come up with new recipes that take the delicacy to a new level. Here we will be acknowledging two of the most sensational hamburger recipes enjoyed on the mass level.

Beach BBQ Burger

The burger tastes nothing less than a dream due to its sweet-savory flavor. You will be amazed to experience the yummy blend of the sirloin and the chuck.

You will need 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt, 8 (1/4-in.-thick) fresh pineapple slices, 8 (1-oz.) Cheddar cheese slices, 8 (1/4-in.-thick) red onion slices, cooking spray, 8 potato rolls, beach BBQ sauce, 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck and 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin.

To start with, set grill’s heat at 350 F to 400 F. Take a bowl and mix chuck, sirloin, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper together with hands, as you have to be gentler on the mixture. Shape the blend to form patties; you will be able to make 8 patties 5 inches each. Then, cover the patties and grill them until the beef loses the pink color in the center. Remove them from the grill and top with a cheese slice before wrapping them in an aluminum foil.

Now, take the cooking spray and coat it on pineapple and onion slices. Grill them uncovered till the grill marks appear. Let them cook properly for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Lastly, apply 1 to 2 teaspoons of beach BBQ sauce on the rolls, and put patties, onion and pineapple slices on its bottom halves and cover it with the other end.

Grilled Beef-Mushroom Burgers

This no-bun burger gets its taste from the blend of ground beef and chopped mushrooms that give it moisture, fiber, and a great flavor.

You will need 1 pound 90% lean ground sirloin, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/3 cup chopped cucumber, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons minced roasted garlic, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt, 8 large butter lettuce leaves, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 4 red onion slices, 4 heirloom tomato slices and 4 ounces sliced button mushrooms.

Before anything else, pre-heat the grill to about 450 F. Now use a food processor to mince the mushrooms for one minute. Then mix ground sirloin and combine mushrooms, 3/8 teaspoon salt, pepper and in a bowl. Take a baking sheet faced with parchment paper and place patties made out of the mix; you will get 4 patties of 4 inches each.

Now mix yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, garlic, parsley and remaining 3/8 teaspoon salt in a bowl.  In the next step, grill the burgers as per your preference, normally; you should give four minutes to each side of the burger.

Finally, put two lettuce leaves on plates before topping with a burger patty, red onion slice, tomato slice and 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture.
