GARLIC PARMESAN PASTA

For ingredients, you will need 4 minced cloves garlic, 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 2 cups chicken broth, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper as per your preference, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves and 1 cup of milk.
To start with, you will need a large skillet in which you will melt the butter in medium heat. Now, put in the minced garlic cloves and stir for 1-2 minutes. Then, you will have to stir in chicken broth, fettuccine, and milk, and then throw in some pepper and salt for seasoning.
Lower down the heat after a boil and let the pasta cook for 18-20 minutes. Finally, add parmesan and milk to attain the required consistency.
PIZZA PASTA BAKE

First and foremost gather all the ingredients which are 8 ounces spicy Italian sausage without the casing, 8 ounces rotini pasta, 1 tablespoon olive oil, Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper as per your taste, 1/2 cup divided mini pepperoni, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Before all else, preheat the oven at roast levels then put some olive oil over medium heat in an oven-proof skillet. Now, put in the Italian sausage and cook for 3-5 minutes or till it turns brown. Also, do not forget to drain extra fat after crumbling the sausage while it cooks. Straightaway mix in 1/4 cup pepperoni and cook it for one full minute.
Add some oregano, tomato sauce, pasta, basil garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups water. Before boiling the mixture season it with salt and pepper. Cook it at reduced heat for 12-14 minutes until the pasta becomes soft.
Now, cut-off the heat and add the leftover 1/4 cup pepperoni and mozzarella. Lastly, you will have to bake it for two minutes till the cheese melts and turns into a golden brown color. For best taste serve it immediately with any garnish you would like.
