Now, empty the bacon on paper towels.

Grilled Prosciutto-Wrapped Peaches with Burrata and Basil

You will need 3 thin slices prosciutto which should be torn into ribbons, 6 ounces burrata cheese, coarse sea salt, 2 ripe freestones, 8 small bamboo skewers peaches which have been pre-soaked in water for 20 minutes, freshly ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon sliced basil leaves.
Before anything else, you will have to preheat an outdoor grill at medium heat while the grate will be lightly oiled. Then cut some peaches in half while removing the stones, you can cut the halves into smaller pieces. Cover the prosciutto every peach slice and use bamboo skewers to secure everything.
