What gluten free recipe would not taste fabulous? If I had a bowl of ice cream, some vanilla extract, a cup of sour cream, some bananas, a cherry on top, a scoop of protein powder, a banana, and three cups of water – what would I put into it? If I were in my favorite ice cream restaurant, that’s a lot of ingredients. But, there is a way to have just as much ice cream, vanilla extract, protein powder, and all of the other things you like, without having to pay an arm and a leg for them. That’s what this article is about.
Shrimp rice. It may seem like a very strange combination of ingredients, but it tastes yummy, and it is gluten free. I made it once for my family’s Thanksgiving dinner, and then I found out that it is available at almost any grocery store. If you’re a busy person, or if you have a difficult time reading labels, or if you just prefer to eat vegetables over spicy food, shrimp rice might be exactly what you need.
Quinoa. Quinoa has a lot of benefits, mostly because it is a complete protein. It contains all eight amino acids, which means that it provides your body with a ton of nutrition. I used quinoa in a delicious quinoa soup that I made last month, and it worked perfectly in that recipe. Another great thing about quinoa is that it tastes great, has virtually no salt, and there are few, if any, side effects to eating quinoa.
Instant Pot Porch Chicken. I’m a big fan of using chicken in a chili recipe, but I wanted to add something in the Instant Pot that was more versatile. I knew that I could just throw all the ingredients into the pot, lock the lid, and set the pot to cook on the stove. That way I could easily adjust the heat, but I also wanted my Instant Pot chicken recipe to be more than just “peel and salt” dinner.
Shrimp. I love shrimp, and I love being able to make delicious gluten free dinner recipes with it. The only problem was that I couldn’t find fresh shrimp that was going to fit in with my diet. Luckily, there are some great shrimp recipes available on the internet that takes any type of seafood and make it into a delicious, wholesome dish. They are also very easy to make as well.
Gluten free flours. Most gluten-free recipes will call for some kind of gluten free flour. There are many different kinds, including cornstarch, almond flour, tapioca flour, and rice flour. I usually use tapioca flour to make gluten free cookies and cakes because it is very floury and dense. These two ingredients make great base flours for lots of different recipes, including pancakes and waffles.
