Mango, Banana and Berry smoothie
The best part of making this smoothie is the possibility of endless customization. Not only is it tasty but also healthy and filling. As a piece of pro advice, you must freeze your ingredients in advance to save time. Meanwhile, the amount of banana and dates is up to your preference.
You will need 1 cup frozen mango chunks, ¼ cup plain yogurt, 2 Medjool dates, ¾ cup coconut water, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds, ½ cup frozen blueberries or blackberries, and 1 ripe frozen banana.
Blend all these additives until you achieve the preferred consistency.
Almond Banana Smoothie

You will have to gather 1 orange without the pith and peel, ½ cup frozen mango chunks, ¾ teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger, 1 large scrubbed carrot, ⅔ cup coconut water, 1½ teaspoons finely grated peeled turmeric, 1 tablespoon shelled raw hemp seeds, Pinch of kosher salt and pinch of cayenne pepper together.
Include ice into the mixture for better results.
Roasted Strawberry and Tahini Buttermilk Shake
You do not have to worry even if the fridge does not look stacked enough to make a smoothie. Just use some berries little bit of buttermilk and a small scoop of tahini to face your food cravings head-on. Look out for 3 tablespoons raw sugar, 1 pound strawberries, ½ cup buttermilk, 1 frozen banana, Kosher salt, toasted sesame seeds only if you like its taste and 3 tablespoons tahini.
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees then add strawberry, a pinch of salt and sugar into a baking sheet. Let the sugar dissolve for about five minutes and leave the mixture for twenty to twenty-five minutes till the strawberries soften.
